This four-week course is an invitation to step beyond the habitual pathways of the false self system and into a deeper, more integrated way of being. By combining the Welcoming Prayer Practice—a powerful method of consenting to the Divine Presence and action in daily life—with the Enneagram—a map and template for self-exploration–you will learn how to cultivate awareness, release unconscious reactivity, and embody your truest self.
The Enneagram reveals deeply ingrained patterns of unconscious motivation that shape what we pay attention to first and why, and how we perceive the world, while the Welcoming Prayer gives us a practical way to loosen the grip of those unconscious patterns in real time right where they are stored, namely in the body. Together, these tools form a transformational path—one that moves us from survival-based reactivity to greater conscious conduct & response-ability, where we can engage with life in a more grounded, open-hearted, and spiritually free way.

Logan Jones is a trained spiritual director, guide, teacher, coach, and certified Enneagram practictioner. He has a B.A. in Biblical Theology and teaches the Enneagram at the RUAH School of Spiritual Guidance and uses it daily in both his Spiritual Direction and Coaching with clients.
A life-long learner, avid meditator, musician and creative, Logan has learned and trained extensively in various Enneagram schools & has considered himself a Christian contemplative practicioner ever since he was introduced to the Prayer of Consent, also known as Centering Prayer in 2010. He leads an online Centering Prayer group every week & teaches classes on a variety of topics related to Contemplation, the Enneagram & the Prayer of Consent: incl. Centering & the Welcoming Prayer.
Logan is married to the love of his life, Silke and together they reside in Richmond, Virginia where they live and dote on their beloved cat Zoey, the true master meditator of the Jones household.
