A 90-minute Mini-Retreat
When life feels uncertain, our instinct is often to seek control, clarity, or quick answers. But contemplative practice helps us cultivate a consciousness that does not avoid the chaos and mysteries of life, but allows us to engage them more openly and honesty.
We'll explore 'what is contemplative consciousness, anyway?' and what to do when even your most cherished beliefs in God feel up in the air!?
You’ll experience:
Contemplative teaching - on uncertainty, trust, and the deeper consciousness that opens through practice
Contemplative practice and silence - to settle into Presence beneath and within they mysteries of life
Time for reflection & questions - for community connection & knowing others are asking the same questions!
